Broadening our talent
This initiative aspires to develop a more inclusive, diverse, and welcoming IU IT workforce by spreading awareness of IU IT job postings among organizations that align with DEI principles. By periodically providing job postings, these organizations can share the opportunities via email, newsletters, printouts, community boards, and other channels.
In the long term, the initiative seeks to equip IU IT managers with a more qualified, diverse, and inclusive pool of candidates by establishing relationships with local, national, and global organizations. Over time, this will help diversify IU IT’s workforce and create a more inclusive environment within UITS.
