Broadening our talent
This initiative aspires to develop a more inclusive, diverse, and welcoming IU IT workforce by spreading awareness of IU IT job postings across organizations that align with DEI. Providing job postings periodically allows these organizations the flexibility to share these job postings with their respective organization via email, a newsletter, via printout, community board, etc.
Long term, the initative itends to provide IU IT managers with a more qualified, diverse, and inclusive candidate pool by building relationships with local, national, and global organizations. Over time, this should diversify IU IT’s workforce and make UITS a more inclusive environment.
