Bringing us together

This initative will enable and empower employee-led affinity groups to form and thrive in the spirit of diversity, equity, and inclusion at Indiana University. We will provide resources and best practices to groups hoping to discuss shared experiences, create communities of support with work colleagues, and connect those with similar interests. Additionally, we will also curate a list of current and forming groups across the university.
